The understanding of this consignment is items will be listed online within a week of
picking the items up. Items will be reduced in price every 2 weeks until they sell. All
items will be sold within 2 months of pick up. Whimsical Mementos will send an update
to the owners every 2 weeks about what’s sold and what is currently left to sell. The
sale profits will be divided 50/50 at the end of the 2 months. Whimsical Mementos will
remove the furniture and store it till it is sold. Along with storage, Whimsical Mementos
will clean the items and take photos.
